She loves to come up and ask for pets once she is comfortable with her human, and she is also very playful! Effie loves toys and zoomies in the back yard, and is extremely dog friendly. Chase is her absolute favorite game with her canine foster siblings!<br/><br/>Effie had a rough start to life and understandably takes a while to warm up to humans. She will thrive in a low-traffic, kid-free household with a confident dog friend to help her see that she is safe and loved. Her human should be patient and kind, willing to give Effie the time and space she needs to settle in. We are a foster-based rescue and do not have a facility. We can only accommodate adoptions within Austin, TX. All applicants complete an initial application and next steps if a possible match are a phone interview and home visit. We are a not a first-come, first-serve rescue and strive to match each of our dogs with their ideal forever homes!
