This absolutely gorgeous shepherd girl is Poppy!!! This amazing girl ended up being surrendered to a dog pound when her owners were heartbroken to no longer be able to keep her due to life circumstances. She is such a loyal, intelligent, devoted girl and we knew there was no way she could stay in danger at a shelter- this girl deserved a chance to build a beauty life in a stable, loving home!<br/>Poppy is 20 months old and weighs 55 lbs. Shes been to the vets and this girl is doing great! She has had all vaccines completed, along with deworming, testing negative for heartworm, microchipping, spay, and she is also current on preventative! Shes a happy healthy girl and is officially ready for adoption!!!<br/>Poppy has done great in foster care and she’s a true social butterfly. She loves everyone she meets! Even at the vets, she met him and immediately gave him kisses and made great friends soaking up all the love she can get. She is super intelligent and very attentive to her humans. She will learn whatever you’d like to teach her, but is happy to also just be a happy devoted companion by your side. She loves car rides, hikes in the woods, she has medium energy and is happy to do any activities you would like to do with her. Whether it be an adventure of snuggling on the sofa at home on a chilly autumn day, this girl will adore you and be the best friend you could ever dream of! She’s great at reliably going potty outside, and has been excellent in the house. She likes catching balls and playing with toys! She has been good with every dog she’s ever met, and would be great living with or without another dog.
