Peppermint's Story

Peppermint is a 1 year old, 51 lb female Shepherd mix breed.

Peppermint is currently located in South Texas and will be transported to her new home.

Hello there, I'm Peppermint. I came into the rescue after some nice people noticed me and a little puppy wandering around a park. Little guy was not my pup but I took care of him anyway, because I'm a good girl! I'm now in a foster home of my own, which I share with another foster dog. We get along just fine - we play and wrestle, and I end up stealing all the toys because I can be a bit of a toy hog, haha. I'm still young, what can I say? I love my foster mom, I love to snuggle up with her and keep her in my sight when she's home. I enjoy our walks, though I could probably use some work with my leash manners, but that will come with time and practice. I'm potty and crate trained, so no worries on that account. What I would really love is a home of my own, a doggy friend would be nice but what I really want is a family that I can devote myself to. I'm a very loyal pup, so just like that song, I would be hopelessly devoted to you! (Note: Peppermint is not yet spayed but will be prior to transport).

Our organization only adopts within the United States and Canada.

Faith and Hope is an established rescue group based in Texas but delivers to multiple states on the East and West Coast. All dogs and cats are rescued from the state of Texas to be transported to Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, and others, with placement in their adoptive family’s homes. Our $600 adoption donation includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies), spay/neuter, microchip and transportation.

If interested in learning more, please email us at faithandhopeadoptions@gmail.com or fill out our online application.

https://www.faithandhopefoundation.org/adoptionapp

If you are interested in learning more about our adoptable pets, the adoption process, or our home based foster program, please contact us at the above email.

Due to the number of requests that we receive on our adoptable pets, please be advised that all adoption applications are processed in the order received.
