Peppermint's Story
Peppermint came to us very scared. She would not eat and not interact and was shut down from all the changes she has undergone. Once she went into foster, she warmed up and started to feel safe, Peppermint came out of her shell. She gets along with other dogs and wagged her tail at the foster's cat! Her favorite food was discovered to be french fries! As she is on the shy side, Peppermint would do best in a home with at least one other small-medium sized dog and no young children. She is housebroken and is about 2 years old and just 11 pounds. Please help Peppermint find the loving home she deserves.

Update: A few months back, Peppermint had tested positive for Anaplasmosis, another common tick borne disease similar to Lyme's. She has already completed her course of antibiotic and is doing great. Peppermint is currently available for adoption.

We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat.
