Hi! My name is Pepper. I was found thrown out of a moving vehicle and kept safe by a Good Samaritan. Luckily I was not injured. I am safe now with my rescue in Oregon. <br/><br/>I’m a very sweet, resilient and playful puppy. I love to be held and with my person. I also love playing with other dogs and I’m good with cats too!! I love everyone I meet and everyone loves me too!<br/><br/>I’m up to date on my vaccines, learning to use my potty pads, microchipped and have an appointment to be spayed soon! I will be completely vetted before I go to my new home.<br/><br/>I weigh approximately 4lbs and I’m estimated to be 3.5 months old.
