A reminder that it is NOT ok to give an animal as a surprise for a gift!! An animal is a living being that needs care and attention. Pepper is the result of “someone’s “ gift. Not only did the person not have time for Pepper they weren’t allowed to have dogs where they lived! Pepper was kenneled from about 8 weeks of age until 16 weeks....never going outside, never running around ?? She is an energetic puppy that needs exercise and consistent training. She’s a smart girl and is learning but will need an adopter with patience and time. She does get along well with other dogs but would do best in a home with no small children. She’s about 4 1/2 months old and is a border collie mix. Very sweet and loving but definitely has lots of energy.
