Pepper's Story

Meet Pepper!
Pepper is a beautiful, sweet-hearted 5-month-old Shepherd/Lab mix who is learning that life can be pretty wonderful. After being left behind at the shelter when her sister was adopted, this precious girl came into rescue feeling scared and unsure.
In foster care, Pepper is coming out of her shell and showing us her silly, playful, curious side! She can still be a little shy when meeting new people and is learning that new experiences—especially leash walks—arent so scary so a home with a fenced yard would be best.
Pepper has such a gentle soul and takes confidence from other dogs. She would love a friendly canine companion to help show her the ropes and make her feel safe.
She doesnt need to be rushed. She just needs patience, love, and someone willing to celebrate every little victory as she learns to trust and grow.
Theres so much love, sweetness, and personality waiting to shine in this beautiful girl. Could you be Peppers person?
Prior to meeting or adopting any of our wonderful animals, we ask that you please fill out our online application: https://form.jotform.com/223268341300041

We are a 100% volunteer organization and have to work other jobs to pay the bills. Please give us up to 48 hours to respond.

Submission of an adoption application does not obligate you to adopt nor does it guarantee approval. We look forward to hearing from you.

Please note all animals in the home must be altered, up to date on vaccines, and be on heartworm prevention. We understand there are some special cases and will take those into consideration.
