At first glance, he appears to be a Chihuahua or a Chihuahua / miniature pinscher mix. He could also be more Min Pin. It’s hard to say for sure. Pepper is a nice little guy who gets along fine with other small dogs. He also seems to be fine with large dogs. Pepper appears to be house trained. He is all around a nice little dog who’s going to be a good friend for the right home.
