Pepper has tons of personality. He loves playing with his siblings, cooling off in the puppy pool, and cookies. He’s a sweet, shy boy who has been waiting too long for his forever home. Once he warms up, he’s the cutest best friend you’ll ever have. Pepper would do best in a home with an outgoing dog to show him the ropes.<br/><br/>Pepper and his siblings were born in a remote area outside under a storage container. Their mother, Sydney, did her best to care for them, living off of scraps in triple digit temperatures. After lots of patience and hard work, LLF was able to rescue this litter and care for them while they wait for their forever families.<br/><br/>Pepper's Ideal Home<br/>-Another playful, well socialized dog in the household<br/>-Low foot traffic, calm, quiet household<br/>-No kids – Pepper prefers hanging with grownups.<br/>-Patient, understanding owners who will give him the time he needs to adjust. Pepper has never lived in a house before and adopters should plan for up to a 6 month adjustment period once home. This is to ensure that Pepper is comfortable and ready for him forever home. Multiple meets and greets with whole family will be required.<br/>-Cats probably okay after proper introduction.<br/>-Secure yard with 6 foot privacy fence attached to home required. Pepper needs to feel comfortable and secure in his little bubble and a privacy fence helps with this.<br/>-No apartments, Pepper needs a serene home with a calm, quiet environment.<br/>-Pepper is not yet leash trained.
