Peppa Pig's Story
Meet Peppa Pig!

She came to TCHS as a transfer from another facility. She spent some time in foster care with her puppies while they grew up, and now she is ready to find her fur-ever home!

Here is some information about Peppa from her foster:
"Peppa has been a wonderful dog. She has lots of energy now. She loves chew bones and treats. Her favorite toy is a ball with a bell in it that she chases around the house. Peppa gets along with my other dogs good. She does show a little too much interest in cats, so she may do best in a home without cats."

Her foster said Peppa Pig did pretty well with housetraining - she would go to the door when nature called. However, a consistent schedule would be best to set her up for success. She was used to being kenneled overnight.

Peppa Pig would love to have durable toys to chew on and keep them entertained. Patient and consistent training using treats is a good way to work on obedience cues. Ask a TCHS staff about suggestions for the perfect toy for your new friend from the TCHS Re-Tail Shoppe.

*Adoption holds may be placed on available animals in person or by calling 320-252-0896. An adoption hold reserves available animals for one day after the animal is ready to be adopted. More than one adoption hold may be placed on an available animal and will be honored in the order they were received. Adoption holds are $25 plus tax, are non-refundable, non-transferable and not applied toward the adoption fee.

**Minnesota sales tax and an administrative fee ($20 for cats/dogs and $10 for small animals) will be applied to all adoptions. Donations and adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter surgeries, microchipping, vaccinating, deworming, any medical procedures, and general care of all shelter animals.
