Pensacola is fostered in Griswold, CT with other dogs of various sizes and a 4 year old child. Her approximate birthdate is June 10, 2023. Her Mom is 42 lbs but we do not know who the Dad was. She is one of 6 puppies in the litter. She is currently about 25 lbs. <br/><br/>The whole family was found amongst garbage in an abandoned yard in south Texas. The puppies and Mama were struggling to survive with one puppy looking like she would not make it . Simple parasites like hookworm and coccidia almost took some of their lives but we were able to get them all the help they needed and into a foster home where they thrived. Since then they have all come up from to CT and into a foster home here. We even had a fundraiser called "yoga with puppies" and Pensicola specifically was a huge hit with so many of the participants. She loves to play with toys and other dogs and to run around the yard.<br/><br/>The Chasing Sunshine Dog Rescue adoption donation is $595.00.
