She was known as Starlight at the shelter, but her future was anything but bright. She had been found as a skinny little stray in the big city and quickly stole hearts with her friendliness and constantly wagging tail. Penny is a social gal, with both humans and dogs; she loves to play with other dogs and does well with her foster dog siblings. Penny has a medium energy and is so well-behaved. She loves her people, loves snuggling, and plays nicely. She is crate trained and her only desire is to make you happy!! She has waited a very long time to find where she belongs and we just know she will make someone or some family SO happy. (psst, she also looks super cute in Halloween costumes!!)
