But once she was cleaned up, this girl absolutely bloomed! We're pretty sure her Embark results will say she's 75% Kangaroo — because Penny can jump! She loves to bounce right into your lap and would happily be carried around all day if you let her. Sweet, affectionate, and full of happy hops, Penny Lane is ready to land right in your heart. Ruff Dog Rescue FIRST requires a submitted adoption application; Vet reference required. We will then schedule a meet and greet with the requested pet. A home visit will be conducted prior to finalizing an adoption. Visit our website at to submit an application to foster or adopt. All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, heartworm tested, and treated if necessary. ADOPTION FEES: $475 - Puppies & Small Dogs Under 25 pounds/purebreds big & small $375 - Mix Bred Adult Dogs over 1 year $275 - Dogs over 10 years & special needs LIMITED out of state adoptions, additional fees will apply.
