Courtesy Post: Posting for Penny's rescuer who cannot continue to foster her because Penny is not a fan of kitties. We are actively looking for a foster home to keep Penny out of the shelter. <br/><br/>Penny is super affectionate and loves everyone she meets, both kids and adults. She is very loyal and stays right by her people's side. Penny has done great with the other 5 dogs in her rescuer's home. She is curious and playful outside, but loves a good sofa snuggle inside.
