At just three months old, Penny is right in that wonderful, wiggly puppy stage where everything is new and exciting, and every day is a learning opportunity.<br/><br/>She is affectionate, playful, and eager to connect. Penny does well with other dogs, and a confident, friendly canine companion in her future home would be a big help for her as she grows and learns. Being a puppy, she is still figuring out the world — especially things that move — so with cats she is more curious and playful than anything else.<br/><br/>As a Blue Heeler, Penny is smart, energetic, and driven. As she grows, she will need structure, boundaries, and both physical and mental “jobs” to keep her happy and balanced.
