Meet Penny, a resilient and loving dog with an inspiring story of survival. This 35lb medium mixed breed has overcome unimaginable trauma, yet her spirit remains unbroken. Penny was found in a horrific way, she was abused. Even with that, Penny is a sweetheart who adores people and loves to cuddle, play, and carry her favorite blankets around. She’s housebroken, and crate-trained, and would thrive in a home where she can be the center of attention. Penny is a perfect companion for families with children aged 10 and up, but she’d prefer to be the only pet in the household so she can be spoiled and cherished the way she deserves. Penny is ready for a fresh start, and she can’t wait to bring joy to the right family!
