Penny is a playful and loving girl with a big zest for life! Her favorite thing to do is play, and she will happily keep going until she’s ready to crash for a cozy nap on the couch with her people. She loves attention and enjoys being close to her humans. Penny has a high energy level and would do best with an active family that can keep up with her. She gets very excited to meet new friends and is still working on her boundaries, like not jumping and keeping her kisses under control. She is eager to please and making good progress. Penny has not been around cats. She currently lives with three senior dogs and does well overall, but she can sometimes get frustrated when they don’t want to play. Because of this, she may do best with a playful dog friend or an active home. She knows sit and kennel (“night night”), is house trained with access to a dog door (and will whine at the door if it’s closed), and is crate trained overnight.
