Penny's Story

Penny loves every human she meets and LOVES car rides. She likes most dogs but as always a meet and greet is required with your current pets. She is incredibly sweet and does fair on a leash. Penny's previous adopter returned her when he could no longer care for her, and they indicated that they'd kept her outside most of the time so she will need work on housetraining. She originally came to us emaciated from a hoarding situation where she was kept on a two foot lead, forgotten under a camper. Due to a repeated history of neglect at the hands of multiple owners, we require Penny's adopter commit to her life as a predominantly indoor dog.
