Penny's Story

Looking for an amazing 2 year old pup to add to your home? Meet Penny! Penny may be shy at first but when she opens up she will be your best friend, your tag along, your couch buddy, your goofy girl. Penny is cautious with treats and bones (has to sniff to make sure they’re only the best)! Penny came from animal control to PPRI because she wasn’t doing the best in the shelter setting, she loves a quiet place to lay down and relax, and sometimes even just enjoys taking time to herself in her crate on her own terms. Penny is dog and other people friendly, though those people will need some time to let her warm up. She is kid friendly but her foster believes she would be best in a setting with older kids that know how to respect her boundaries and give her time to come and see them on her own. Cat friendly is unknown at this time. Fully potty trained and crate trained as well! Penny can’t wait to meet you!
