Penguin's Story

Sweet Penguin is 3yo, 45 pound pocket Pittie Frenchie mix. Spayed. Potty trained, crate trained, knows all her commands. Very cuddly smart. Has excellent recall. Loves to run, play, but medium energy at home; a great companion. Dog friendly with most dogs with slow intro. Can be reactive with small dogs sometimes. Shy with new people, but always curious about them. She will bond with you quickly and love you forever. Not ideal in a home with kids, since she can be fearful & had some resource guarding with a favorite toy. No food or bone resource guarding. May need to be the only dog at home. Not destructive. Very well behaved.

Jelly's Place's Adoption Policy

To adopt a pet, please apply at www.jellysplace.org/forms (qualified applicants are contacted for an appointment- or come visit us at 2905 San Pablo Dam Rd, San Pablo Ca Wed-Sun 11-3pm. Our adoption fees include the costs of vaccinations and spay/neuter. All animals are spayed or neutered prior to adoption, unless they are too young, in which case a spay deposit is required, and completed spay is done when your pet is old enough. If require proof of permission to have pets. Kittens under 1 year old: $225 Cats up to 7 years old: $185 Cats 7 and over: $120 Puppies and dogs: $500 and up *Specialty breeds have a higher fee Dogs 7 and over: $250 and up Some of our animals are housed with foster families while others are at our no-kill animal shelter located at 2905 San Pablo Dam Rd, San Pablo Ca.
