Found in South San Antonio. Mom (Genevieve) was owned by someone who did not get her fixed, then decided she no longer wanted her or the puppies, so she threw them into the field opposite her house.<br/><br/>Penelope was one of those puppies. Despite a hard start in life, she quickly made her way to SARA, where she went from shy to full of puppy energy. Penelope is a regal dog and holds herself well. She is sweet and playful with siblings and other dogs. She can be a little shy around kids, as we discovered at a recent Visitor Day; however warmed up to them quickly and is a fast learner.<br/><br/>We currently offer two for the price of one, so please consider adopting a pair! Adoptions are $200, and all pets are spayed/neutered before adoption.
