She found herself at the shelter with severe mange, secondary skin infection, eye infection, full of intestinal parasites, emaciated and fleas. In the last few months this amazing girl had improved a whole lot. She is now healthy and ready to have a family to love her and care for her. Penelope is definitely a fighter!! Even though she was abused and neglected she still loves every person she meets, including kids! Penelope is so well behaved, she is good on a leash, house broken, kennel trained and she is amazing with other dogs. Consider adding this beautiful girl to your family.
