PENELOPE - Female, Border Collie mix, 5-6yrs, 44lbs.<br/><br/>This beauty had been showing up a someone's house for a while. Although she is eating, she is skin and bones. She is super sweet and friendly. Seems to get along fine with dogs and cats. She has a slight limp. Xrays show some arthritis in knee likely from an old injury.<br/><br/>From Penelope's foster: "Penelope is as quiet as a mouse and sweet as sugar! She loves people and gets along great with other dogs and cats. She is fully house trained, however hates the crate. She's a simple lady that is happy with a blanket on the floor or a dog bed! She is very easy going and relaxed. Penelope loves to go for walks and walks very well on a leash. She does get overwhelmed with young children and would do best in an older family home that fits her calm demeanour. This gentle lady is content to follow you from room to room and curl up at your feet. She asks for nothing except to be loved.
