We cannot say ENOUGH about Penelope!!!! This 2 year old girl is THE BIGGEST LOVER….. look at those eyes!!! ???Penelope went into our local municipal shelter as a stray and she was never claimed. She was stressed in the shelter environment and loosing weight so she joined our program in a more comfortable foster home. Penelope has been around cats with no issue. She is cool with dogs that are more on the chill side but would really love to be an only canine child. Penelope truly loves everyone… kids… men…. EVERYONE. She’s very well adjusted and is happy cuddling and relaxing. Penelope is potty trained, crate trained and walks well in lead. She is just fine with condo living and daily walks so a fenced yard is not a must. If you’re looking for a lovable, relaxed companion, Penelope is your girl!
