With her striking ears, expressive eyes, and loyal heart, Penelope is absolutely one of a kind.<br/><br/>Penelope is as sweet as they come. She's incredibly smart, eager to learn, and loves being part of whatever her family is doing. True to her Cattle Dog heritage, she's attentive, loyal, and happiest when she's spending time with her people.<br/><br/>She gets along wonderfully with everyone she meets, including other dogs, cats, and children.
