Peggy's Story

Guess how this beautiful girl got her name? In September 2023, she was found abandoned and heavily pregnant. She brought into the SLAPS shelter, where she soon gave birth to six pups. They all died. Since then, she has been waiting patiently in the shelter for someone to notice how sweet and gentle she is and how very much she deserves a real home.

We think she deserves a nicer name to go with what we hope is a brighter, happier future, so we have re-named her Peggy. Please consider giving her a home. She is such a lovely, calm, gentle dog.
