Peggy's Story
My name is Peggy and I am a 2-3 year old Female Mixed Breed who weighs 38 lbs.
I was transported here from Ft Worth in order to find my new forever family!

I just got back from volunteering with the PCC vet tech program. Their students took care of me for the last 5 weeks as they were able to get real hands-on experience working with a live animal before they graduate. Some notes they said about me:
"The hardest thing about Peggy for me is not taking her home with me. She is doing well. Has not been very reactive on leash or in the yards with certain dogs but is reactive in her run. I think she would love to play with the right dog. She is nervous and a little shy but really opens up once she knows you. She gets big zoomies in our play yards. The students tell me she loves the puzzle feeders, going on long walks around campus, and they think she would make a great hiking partner. "
If you want to see some pictures from my time in the program pcc vet techs have an Instagram (pcc_vet_tech).

Now, I'm back at Oregon Dog Rescue and looking for my forever home.
