While he may attempt a little mounting here and there, he responds well with guidance. When things are calm, PeeWee is perfectly content relaxing on a dog bed or hanging out in an open kennel while his people are busy.<br/><br/>PeeWee handles nail trims like a champ—no drama at all! He listens well and enjoys quality lap time with his humans once he feels comfortable. Like many dogs, it took him a couple of meals to settle into eating in a new environment, but he’s doing great now.<br/><br/>He can be a bit cautious with men at first and may grimace, growl, or attempt to nip if he feels frightened. With patience, consistency, and time, PeeWee warms up beautifully and shows just how sweet and loving he truly is once he feels safe.<br/><br/>PeeWee is looking for a calm, understanding home that will give him the space he needs to build trust—and in return, he’ll reward you with snuggles, loyalty, and that one-of-a-kind smile. 💙🐶<br/>Please keep in mind that a family pet takes work and dedication, as well as many years of commitment.
