Pebbles's Story
Where do you even begin to describe this BEAUTIFUL girl. Talk about a glow-up! This poor girl came in with very minimal hair on her body, you couldn't even tell what color hair she was going to have. She had open sores all over and was very shut down, low energy. Bloodwork revealed she had hypothyroidism. Short course of medication to help her skin heal and the right dosage of thyroid meds, look at her NOW! She has a gorgeous brindle coat and her beautiful personality is shining! She loves going on walks, playing with toys and encouraging her doggie roommates to come out of their shells too! <br/>She will have to remain on thyroid medication. She is also unfortunately heartworm positive. She will need a calm and quiet home to receive and recovery from treatment in. The cost of treatment is covered in her adoption fee.
