Pebbles is a little lovebug with a big heart and an even bigger attachment to “her people.” At around a year old and 12 pounds, she’s your classic chihuahua, loyal, sensitive, and happiest when she’s right by your side (or better yet, in your lap).<br/><br/>This sweet girl bonds quickly and deeply with her family, and once you’re in her circle, you’re in for life. She lives for gentle ear rubs, cozy snuggles, and being your shadow around the house. Pebbles is more on the shy side when meeting new people and can be a bit unsure of new situations, so she’ll do best with a patient adopter who will give her time to build confidence at her own pace.<br/><br/>She’s making great progress with her potty training. She’s mostly got the outside routine down and is just polishing up the final details. Pebbles is crate trained, relatively quiet, but will let you know if someone is at the door.<br/><br/>In her foster home, she’s starting to enjoy walks with her foster sisters, learning that toys are actually pretty fun, and even beginning to play with other dogs. It’s been so fun to watch her personality blossom.<br/><br/>Pebbles would thrive in a calm, loving home that understands the tender nature of a shy pup and is ready to help her continue building confidence. In return, she’ll give you unwavering loyalty, endless snuggles, and the sweetest little companionship you could ask for.<br/><br/>Pebbles is spayed, current on vaccines and prevention, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $300. To meet Pebbles, please submit an application at www.k9kindnessrescue.org/adopt. As a reminder, we are not a shelter location and require a scheduled meet and greet.<br/><br/>Adopters must live within 175 miles of the Quad Cities. All pets currently in the home must be routinely kept up to date on shots, prevention and fixed to be approved for adoption.
