The KRASS is a four-county animal shelter located at 194 Animal Shelter lane off of Hwy 80 in Hazard, Perry County, KY approximately 3 miles past the Super WalMart on the left.  the Shelter serves Letcher, Knott, Perry and Breathitt Counties.  We always have a wide selection of adoptable pets.
