Pearl's Story

Say hi to Pearl, a soft-natured little sweetheart who’s still learning that the world can be kind. At just under 3 years old, this 7 kg girl is a small mixed-breed dog with a calm presence and a tender heart. She gets along well with other dogs and does best in a peaceful environment where she can observe, settle in, and build trust at her own pace.

Pearl is timid and not particularly affectionate with people right away; she prefers to keep some distance until she feels completely safe. In larger group settings, she may take a treat from your hand, but one-on-one, she needs a bit more time and reassurance. She’s not very active and doesn’t require much exercise; a quiet home with gentle routines would be perfect for her.

Pearl doesn’t fight with other dogs and generally keeps to herself, though she may bark at strangers out of uncertainty. She’s also clean and avoids relieving herself in confined spaces, which makes her easy to manage in a calm indoor setting.

Pearl is looking for a patient, understanding adopter who will give her the space and time to come out of her shell.

If you're interested in adopting Pearl, please fill out our application at:
https://forms.gle/4SxMGGXemdkWXnkx8
(copy and paste the link into your browser)

Our process -
1.
