Pearl's Story

Hi! My name is Pearl! I'm an adorable female beagle mix puppy! I was born on Nov. 30, 2025. My mom is a beagle (for the most part!) but we don't know who my dad is - maybe springer spaniel?? The vet thinks I'll be about 30 lbs when full grown. But who knows! It's a guess at this point in my young life! I'm a loving & affectionate girl! I can be sensitive & reserved at times. At other times, I'm active & just a little demanding LOL! I'm in a foster home with other dogs & cats! I'm not housetrained or crate trained - so my forever home will need to work on that. I will be up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines at the time of my adoption. My forever home will have me spayed at the age recommended by their vet (probably 6 months). Anyways, I'm looking for my forever home! Are you it?? At this time, I will not be attending showing. PA Kennel License #4068

Nittany Beagle Rescue's Adoption Policy
Thank you for your interest in adopting a rescue dog & Nittany Beagle Rescue! We are a foster-home based rescue. We hold showings on the 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month at Lyons Kennels in Bellefonte, PA from 11am - 1pm. You can meet some of our dogs then! Please email or send a PM on our FB page if you want to know if a particular dog will be at the showing. If you are interested in a particular dog, or a type of dog, please submit an application to foster or adopt (it's the same application form). Once you have an approved application for a dog, we will connect you with the dog's foster parent. Typically the potential adopter & foster talk on the telephone first. Then if the dog seems like a good fit, we arrange a personal meet & greet.
