Hello! I'm Peanut- my littermates and I were turned into a county animal services as an unwanted litter. Thankfully, the kind people hear at Guardians saw us and brought us to stay with them. We appear to be black mouth curs, maybe mixed with a small shepherd? We are very friendly and get along great with other dogs. The rescue estimates we will be maybe 50lbs when full grown. We have started learning leash walking,- I'd love to take some classes with my new family! My adoption fee of $350 includes all the vetting I have received-exam, vaccinations, deworming, preventatives, microchip and my neuter. 1) Submit application 2) Application is reviewed for completeness and assigned to an adoption coordinator 3) Adoption coordinator verifies critical information on the application, contacts references and ensures that the requested animal is a good fit for the family 4) Adoption coordinator, in conjunction with rescue management, approves or denies application 5) Upon notification of approval, an adoption coordinator works with foster and adopter to set up an adoption appointment to bring your new family member home! We strive to work through adoption applications as soon as we can. We are 100% volunteer-based so it can take a day or two to complete the review. This also depends on the response time of your references. Should you change your mind or adopt a different animal after submission, please inform us so we do not spend unnecessary time on your application.
