Peaches – Staffordshire Terrier mix – 2 yrs – female (35lbs)<br/> <br/>Meet our pint-sized baby girl, Peaches! This little sweetie lived her entire life chained up in a yard along with 25 other pit bulls. The poor girl knew nothing else. When her owner went to prison, she and the entire group were taken to a county shelter. Finally she was out of those horrible conditions! Sadly, because of over-crowding, Peaches had to share her kennel with another dog who attacked her. The poor girl couldn’t get a break! We heard her story and couldn’t let that be her ending. We happily rescued her and brought her into the SHR family where we are smothering her with love and attention. <br/><br/>We’re happy to share that Peaches is now thriving! She left her old life behind and, unbelievably, holds no grudges. She loves everyone and is the happiest little gal. We all adore her! Peaches doesn’t have accidents in her kennel, does well on a leash, and loves her walks. She also loves to splash around in the baby pool and looks like she’s smiling the whole time. Peaches is active, playful, and full of joy. She will make an outstanding companion for some lucky person or family.
