Hi there! My name is Peaches, because Southern Belle wasn’t available, but also because I’m sweeter than a peach. <br/><br/>I am a roughly 2-year-old girl, and I’m currently going through heartworm treatment. I know, that sounds really scary but, I’m doing really well with it. I will be spayed soon after I finish my treatment. I would love to find a foster home while I wait, and guess what... if you fall in love, my foster home gets the first chance to adopt me! <br/><br/>Heartworm treatment means I have to rest a lot, try and keep my excitement down, and take just short leash walks, until I’m cleared of this nasty stuff. Then it’s game on. <br/><br/>A little about me, I love everyone I meet! Literally everyone! I’m still working on getting my puppy behaviors under control, but I’m getting better every day. My life before the shelter is a story no one wants to hear, but I hold no grudges and I’m just excited to have a fresh start. <br/><br/>I hope you’ll come and meet me and consider fostering me.
