Peach's Story

Our friend is a real Peach! Her foster mom says she’s a “love bug” who quickly bonded with her family, including a dog of about equal size (15.5 lbs).

Peach is a tripod Terrier mix, with an approximate DOB of March 2017. Having only three legs does not slow her down. True to her Terrier nature, she is happy, clever, and likes people. Since her favorite human moved to assisted living, she has been adapting well to many new experiences with her foster family. Giving Peach time and patience to settle in is the key to helping her thrive.

Peach enjoys running in a fenced yard and easily jumps into the car or onto the bed or sofa. She is learning leash skills and is working on maneuvering stairs and hardwood floors. We don’t believe that Peach has been exposed to small children. With her friendly disposition, we’re guessing that older children would pass the Peach test.

This girl is a Peach through and through. If you’re looking for a mature, fun, and
affectionate companion, please give Peach a chance. Submit this application, and a volunteer will contact you ASAP.

https://www.parkvilleshelter.com/adoption-application

FOPAS is primarily run by volunteers who are passionate about animal welfare and are dedicated to our animals for their entire lives.
