Pax's Story

Best boy Pax made it to our area right before the snow storm. While the white slippery substance under his feet confused him for the first day or two, making potty breaks a little challenging, he has full on embraced our frozen city and having a blast in the snow!

Pax had a lot to get used to. He came from a quiet rural area in VA, and was thrown into the hustle and bustle of city life with his fosters in DC. He has demonstrated his adaptability and is settling in nicely. He is potty trained and walks well on the leash. He really would rather be close to you, so the crate is not his favorite spot. But if you insist, he will settle after a few complaints.

Pax is a dream. This 1.5 year old 50lbs gentleman is friendly with every human and dog he's ever met. While he has not lived with children, he has done well with children he met. In fact, he is such a good natured guy that the shelter used him to dog test all the other dogs! But don't let his handsome looks fool you, he is a teenager through and through. He loves to play and would benefit from taking some classes with his new family to engage his mind.

If you live in DC/MD/NoVa and wish to welcome this total love into your life, please fill out an application below to begin the process.

https://forms.gle/cHSUDYQEWWNcqpD79
