Paw Paw's Story

Paw Paw is a 2-year-old spayed female ACD/Terrier mix. She was brought to our rescue by a kind person who sponsored her trip from Saint Lucia. Paw Paw was found with her mother, Tonto, living by an abandoned property. When Paw Paw was a puppy, she used to hide under the cars on the street she lived on and one day someone ran over her paw. Because of this, she has a malformed paw. The paw does not seem to bother her and there is nothing medically that can be done. She gets along just fine, although tires easily from playtime and long walks. Paw Paw is very friendly with people. She is house trained, crate trained and working on her household manners. She is ok with most dogs but is a bit of a bully so does best with dogs who hold their own with her. She is ready for a new chapter in her life with a forever family.

Adoption fee: $400
Weight: 50 lbs.
Birthday: 9/14/2023
