She is a funny, happy pup who loves to run around with her doggy friends and would thrive in a home with another playful dog who enjoys a good game of chase.<br/><br/>She is potty trained, though when she gets very excited or scared she may have a small accident, something her foster family has been gently working on with great success. Frequent bathroom breaks and calm greetings have helped tremendously, and accidents are now rare. Patty Cake does have some separation anxiety, but she settles well in her crate when it is covered with a blanket, helping her feel safe and relaxed.<br/><br/>Patty Cake is incredibly sweet and loves being petted, spending time outside with her people, and giving affectionate hugs. She is very gentle with kids and gravitates more toward women and children, as loud men can make her nervous. She is learning not to jump when she gets excited and is improving every day with consistent guidance.
