MEET PATTON! STATS: 2 years old, neutered, Staffy mix, 66 lbs AFFECTION/ENERGY LEVEL: I am a big ol' smushy boy! I will use my giant noggin to gently ram you until you notice me and give me love. WHAT I LOVE: I really enjoy sitting next to my people! Whether it's on the couch or on a park bench, I will insist that I either sit at your feet or diectly on the seat next to you. I have such a fun time playing with other dogs and getting some energy out in the yard. KIDS: While I haven’t been formally tested with kids at the shelter, the staff I would a good buddy for kids that are respectful and kind towards me. OTHER DOGS: I'm dog-friendly and enjoy the company of other dogs! I go to playgroup here at the shelter! CATS: Unknown HIS MATCH: I would be the perfect match for someone who needs a moderately active best buddy – walks, playtime outside, you know – the “usual” stuff! Every adoptable pet is Spayed or Neutered, implanted with a microchip, current on age appropriate vaccinations including a current 1-year Rabies Vaccination, and current on monthly Flea/tick prevention, and heartworm prevention for dogs. All pets are behaviorally and medically evaluated prior to being placed up for adoption. Adoptions are matched based on best placement and require no negative animal history.
