Meet Patsy and Benny! These two senior pups are looking for a home, together. Sadly, they came to us after their owner passed away. They are 12 and 13 years old, and we were able to find records that they were adopted together from our shelter 11 years ago! They are very sweet, cuddly, and social with all people they meet! <br/><br/>Patsy is seeking hospice. She has masses that are highly thought to be cancerous, and some other bumps and lumps along the way. Benny is a year younger than Patsy (maybe her son?) and is in better health, but still seeking a retirement home. Both have had dentals with several extractions in their past, so please don't laugh at their tongues hanging out! They love each other and are best buds. <br/><br/>They were described as friendly with children and with most other dogs (small or older dogs, preferred). They have never lived with cats, but we feel optimistic they would likely do fine in a home with dog-savvy cats. <br/><br/>There is no fee to adopt this pair! Walk-ins are welcome, however we highly recommend calling first to check on availability and location (some animals may be offsite or unavailable).
