But with patience, love, and the help of a foster dog sister, he has blossomed into a 40-lb bundle of joy. The dog who was once too scared to eat is now a "Plushie Thief"—he is famous for emptying the entire toy box and carrying his treasures, one by one, back to his crate. (Don't worry, he shares!
