This is Panina, a charming little girl that we believe to be a shih tzu. We estimate her age to be about 4-5 years, and she weighs in at 16 pounds. She lost her home when her family was no longer able to care for her. We don't know much about her yet, but the transporter who spent some time with her when driving her to her foster home said, "Panina is amazing!!! What a beautiful little girl and so well behaved. She loved her car ride and I want to get back to see her asap. I fell in love with her and if I didn't have 2 dogs already, I would adopt her."
