Panda's Story

I bet you’re asking yourself “how did Panda ever get her name”? Panda is a 5-6 year old terrier/lab and beautiful as the bear she is named after. She typically weighs 78# and with her strikingly good looks Panda gets much attention when out and about! Panda is the best of both worlds, her energy level is low to moderate. Like to take a jog….Panda’s your girl! Like to snuggle up on the couch for a long movie, again Panda is your girl! Panda is a very calm girl who goes with the flow! She seems to like other dogs (at least the ones she has been introduced to so far) but she doesn’t need to live with another dog…..she’s also content being your one and only soaking up all of the snuggles and love! Doggie meets are always encouraged when making a decision to adopt a furry addition to your family. Panda enjoys humans of all ages, she has been around several children and adults and happily greets all with a soft & sweet demeanor. Panda’s favorite activities are walks and car rides followed up with a doggie snack and a nice snooze on the couch. Again, really the best of both worlds! It is unknown how Panda is with cats. She is housetrained and crate trained, spayed and UTD on all shots. Don’t miss out on this amazing girl…..she is patiently waiting to meet you!

While in our care Panda has been fully vetted, is up to date on vaccines and preventatives, heartworm tested, neutered and microchipped. She is crate and housetrained. If you would like to welcome Panda to the family, please email us at huntershoperescue@gmail.com or whoohoo956@aol.com for the link to our application. Questions? Hunter's Hope Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy
Our adoption process consists of an adoption application, reference and vet checks, meet and greet, and home check. An adoption contract will be signed to finalize the adoption. Certain dogs may require a trial adoption but that will be noted in the dog’s listing information. Our adoption screening process may seem rigorous but Hunter’s Hope needs to be assured that our dogs are going to safe, responsible and loving homes. All of our dogs vaccinated(age appropriate), heart worm tested, current on monthly HW/flea/tick preventatives, spay/neutered and micro-chipped. The adoption fees vary, depending on age, breed, and other factors.
