That's right, a new best friend named Panda. She's more adorable than the Chinese pandas. She's just as entertaining. And unlike the wild pandas, this Panda loves nothing more than playing with, and loving on, a dog friend, or friends, the more the merrier for this gurl. <br/><br/>Panda is a 12-week old Australian Cattle dog mix. Her mom was a Great Pyrenees, but Panda looks exactly like a cattle dog so that is what we are going to call her. But, for those of you who are leery about cattle dog "behavior", Panda acts like a Great Pyrenees. She portrays a calm, thoughtful Pyrenees, but in a tiny, little cattle dog body. It's mind-boggling.<br/><br/>Panda and her siblings and mother were found by a lovely family in Oklahoma, abandoned and starving. The family tried to take care of everyone but couldn't so they contacted Western Australian Shepherd Rescue and we brought four of the babies to the Pacific NW. <br/><br/>Panda has had her first two sets of vaccines and been wormed. She is healthy, happy, and ready for her forever home. Panda can be timid on first meeting with new people. But she's coming out of her shell and is learning that new things are safe and she gets treats! She adores children and dogs.
