Thanks to an incredible network of caregivers and volunteers, these lucky pups have made their way to Oregon and are now settling into loving temporary foster homes in the greater Portland area - one big step closer to finding the forever families they've been dreaming of.<br/><br/>Life before rescue wasn't always easy, but these dogs have shown remarkable resilience, gentle spirits, and an eagerness to connect with people. Now that they're experiencing the comfort of home life, cozy beds, and daily routines, their personalities are beginning to shine. We have learned that he would love the opportunity to chase squirrels and enjoys sitting by the fireplace after a long walk. He's been introduced to a few other dogs and cats now, and has done amazing. He loves to be active, but also loves his "chill" time as our 7yr old likes to call it.
