Paloma is a sweet, people-oriented pup who loves nothing more than being close to her favorite humans. Though she can be a little nervous in new environments, her gentle curiosity and adorable personality shine through once she feels safe. She absolutely adores snuggles, pets, and any moment spent by your side. While Paloma can be unsure and a bit aloof around other dogs, her loyalty to people is unwavering. Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe's Adoption Policy

Every pet adopted from the Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe will be spayed or neutered, vaccinated & microchipped. Our adoption fees are as follows: Dogs (over four months) = $150 Puppies (under four months) = $200 Cats (over four months) = $75 Kittens (under four months) = $100 Adoption fees will be due upon completion of adoption. Cash, check or credit cards are gladly accepted. Our shelter is open to the public Monday through Saturday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 pm. We are located at 10961 Stevens Lane in Truckee just off Donner Pass Rd. east of downtown.
