Palmetto's Story

A sweet dog with a sad story

Palmetto came to SSBR after being picked up by animal control as a stray, hit by a car. Palmetto was very fortunate to receive life saving care, after being hit, by BISSELL Pet Foundation. Sadly one of her legs were too badly damaged and she had to have it amputated. Though recovery took an adjustment, you would never know she only has three legs now! She gets along great and is a very easy going, lowkey girl. She is crate trained, very tidy and an easy keeper. If you’re looking for a mature dog who is past the puppy stages of life, she is your girl.

Pal is ok with other dogs and loves all people. She has been spayed, vaccinated UTD and microchipped. Help us find her perfect home

Apply at https://www.southernstatesbullyrescue.org/blank
