Paisley's Story

Paisley is a one-year-old spayed female husky mix with a bright spirit and a heart ready to bond. After spending her first year of life confined to a crate, this remarkable girl has blossomed into a joyful, well-mannered companion who’s eager to make up for lost time.
Paisley is smart, enthusiastic, and always ready for fun. She adores games—especially the flirt pole—and she’ll proudly prance around with her fetch “trophies,” often giving herself a few celebratory tosses. She walks beautifully on a leash and is quickly mastering her recall. Because of her sheltered start, she’s still learning the finer points of being a dog, including polite play manners, but she’s catching on fast and making lots of canine friends along the way.
She’s not a match for homes with cats (in her opinion, they are excellent for chasing), but she is a wonderful fit for people and other dogs. Paisley thrives on affection and will melt lovingly into you, offering soft kisses and soulful eye contact as if to say “thank you” for giving her the life she always deserved.Paisley’s ideal home includes another dog or two for companionship and a person or family who will bring her along on regular adventures. She’s a quick study, eager to learn, and even more eager to love. Once you meet her, you won’t forget her.

Before you fill out an application please be sure that a Rescue is the option through which you are going to choose to add an addition to your family. We are all volunteers at Potter’s Angels Rescue- most with full time jobs and families in addition to volunteering and going through the entire adoption process with an applicant that then purchases a dog takes up a fair amount of precious time. We would like our volunteers to focus their efforts and time on those applicants that are serious in helping a rescued animal. Here at Potters Angels Rescue, we strive to adopt our animals out to the best matches possible for them. This means that an animal other than the one who initially catches your eye may be a better fit for your home
